The Big Barber Bash ("TBBB", "we", "our") collects personal information necessary to process ticket sales, competition registrations, and event security. This includes buyer names, email addresses, telephone numbers, barbershop affiliations, and payment verification logs.

Your information is used strictly to issue digital event passes, verify competitor eligibility, provide schedule updates, issue official certificates, and send essential event communications. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. PAYMENT & TRANSACTION SECURITY

All online credit card transactions are processed securely via encrypted, PCI-compliant server-side payment gateways (Stripe). TBBB does not store raw credit card numbers or CVC codes on server databases.

4. MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE

By attending or competing at The Big Barber Bash events, attendees and competitors acknowledge that live photography and videography occur throughout the venue. Event footage may be featured in official TBBB recap reels, promotional material, and partner channels.
